Conference language
All sessions will be held in English. No simultaneous translation is provided.

Badges
Delegates can collect their badge at the Registration Desk located in the entrance hall of Lingotto Conference Centre. Besides the personal badge, the badge folder contains: the vouchers for the booked Social Events; a yellow voucher to collect the Conference Bag and a blue badge to collect the CD Proceedings - Volume II and printed proceedings on Thursday 23rd September starting from 9:00 o' clock; urban tickets and a map of Turin public transportation network.
Delegates are required to wear their badge throughout all sessions and social functions associated with the Conference in order to be recognised and admitted to the meeting rooms.

Information Point
The ECOC2010 Info Point is located in the registration area to provide delegates with general information about the Conference, useful information on trains and bus schedules, as well as and to help delegates solving all sort of practical queries. The Info Point will also host an Info Board displaying day by day up-to-date information and programme changes concerning the Scientific Sessions and the Social Events.

Wi-Fi Connection and Password Delivery
A Wi-Fi Internet connection covers the Venue area. According to the Italian law, in order to obtain an access with ID and password, all users must provide a valid identity document. A dedicated Wi-Fi Password Delivery Point is located in the registration area, where conference delegates will be required to provide their identity document so as to get their Wi-Fi access data.

Battery Recharge Point
A Battery Recharge Point is available for delegates' laptops and mobile phones in the registration area; surveillance is guaranteed during conference hours. Power supply is 220V. It is recommended a suitable plug-in adapter for Italian Standard when charging your laptop. Learn more about Power Supplies

Slide Upload Room
ECOC2010 paper presenters are kindly required to bring their presentations one day in advance in the Slide Upload Room, either on a USB memory stick or CD-ROM, in MS-Power Point or Adobe PDF format. Ultimate deadline to upload the presentation is 2 hour prior to the talk. The entrance to the Slide Upload Room will be allowed to ECOC 2010 paper presenters only. No personal laptops nor paper uploading will be permitted in conference rooms.

Tourist Information Desk
A Tourist Information Desk will be open in the registration area from Monday 20th to Wednesday 22nd September from 10:00 to 14:00, providing information on local transportation, tourism in Turin and surroundings, restaurants and more.
