Participation to ECOC is open to everyone interested in optical communication: professors, researchers, engineers, students, technicians, optical industry managers and operators, press and PR agents both members and non members of the ECOC supporting organizations.

Registration for the ECOC 2010 edition in Turin will be open from June 2010.

Meanwhile, please note some useful information

Conference language
All sessions will be held in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Payment
Payment for registration must be made in Euro. The conference fee has to be fully paid in advance.
The following methods of payements are accepted:
credit card authorisation
cash payement on site in Euro

Badges
You will find your name badge and vouchers for the booked events at the registration desk. You are required to wear your name badge throughout all business and social functions associated with the Conference in order to be recognized and admitted to the meeting rooms.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation or no show, no refund will be made.

Insurance
The Organizer may not be held responsible for any injury to participants or damage, theft and loss of personal belongings. Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.
